Der Carinthia Observer Plus verfügt über eine leicht abfallende Linienführung vom Kopfbereich hin bis zum Fußende. Damit soll verhindert werden, leicht erkannt/entdeckt zu werden. Die L-förmige Öffnung macht den Ein- und Ausstieg bequem, geschlossen wird das Biwakzelt durch zwei Reißverschlüsse. Alle Reißverschlüsse sind durch eine speziell entwickelte Sturmklappe geschützt. Die Vorderseite ermöglicht einen Beobachtungsbereich von 180° und kann bei schlechtem Wetter ganz geschlossen werden.
Ein Gewehr und/oder Teleskop kann durch den freibleibenden Beobachtungsschlitz trotzdem noch in Position gebracht werden. Sowohl der Beobachtungsschlitz, als auch die Eingangsöffnung sind mit einem Moskitonetz ausgestattet. Durch fünf integrierte Schlaufen auf der Rückseite kann die Isoliermatte fixiert werden.
